GENERAL TERMS

FIONA THAI MASSAGE is a business offering authentic quality Thai massage treatments. We work hard to ensure our premises are a safe place for staff and clients. We hope your time with us is relaxing and rejuvenating, as we ensure to do our best to make your session the best it can be.

Your privacy and well-being are our foremost concerns.

FIONA THAI MASSAGE collects a limited amount of client information which we undertake to hold securely and will not sell or share unless required to do so under law. We undertake to use the information collected only to:

Make any bookings or supply services required by the Customer

Process payments as requested by the Customer.

Advise the Customer of special offers, promotions or advertising.

Generally, communicate with the Customer on matters concerning their interaction with our business.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

FIONA THAI MASSAGE provides services charged according to time and treatment use, for sale at the time of an appointment, directly on our premises, and for purchases in advance. FIONA THAI MASSAGE also offers vouchers that may be purchased in advance for use at a future time.

Please arrive on time for your appointment!

Any cancellations or changes must be made more than 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. Any appointment not attended on time will be cancelled after a period of 15 minutes.

If your appointment is pre-paid using a Voucher:

Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the time of the appointment will incur a non-refundable 50% cancellation/change fee against the value of the Voucher. Any appointment not attended on time will be cancelled after a period of 15 minutes and will also incur a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee against the value of the Voucher.

PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

PAYMENT

Payment for services must be made using a debit card or cash.

CUSTOMER PARKING

FIONA THAI MASSAGE offers client parking at the rear of the premises in a dedicated off street area. Any Customers parking in our spaces do so though entirely at their own risk, and FIONA THAI MASSAGE will not be liable for any damage or injury, whether due to accident or negligence or unlawful act or howsoever caused that may occur from the use of the spaces provided. All vehicles are parked at their owners’ risk.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

FIONA THAI MASSAGE reserves the right to lawfully refuse services or goods to anyone or any organisation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

These Terms and Conditions may be altered by FIONA THAI MASSAGE without prior notice and changes shall have immediate effect.

COVID-19 PROVISIONS

If you feel unwell, please stay at home and come back when you are feeling better. Thank you.
